Can you briefly introduce yourself and tell us which company you represent? What exactly do you do?
Harrie van de Pas: I am Harrie van de Pas and I represent the company Broodje Per Centimeter. We are specialized in making the tastiest sandwiches in Tilburg. But Broodje Per Centimeter is just one part of our broader concept, By Harries. This umbrella also includes Hungry Harries, 013 Broodjes and soon The Junk Food Yard. With these different brands we can offer complete customized catering for festivals and events.
How did you get into this industry?
Harrie van de Pas: In 2017 I ended up at Bank15, where I saw a space that was available. This gave me the opportunity to test an idea that I had been developing for years. After a year and a half, this idea even exceeded my own expectations, and I found a permanent location on the Loven industrial estate. From this location we can provide both companies and individuals with delicious business lunches and sandwiches.
Why did you choose to collaborate with Dutsch Workwear?
Harrie van de Pas: Broodje Per Centimeter is located across from Dutsch Workwear, which is of course very convenient. In addition, Dutsch always thinks along when it comes to design and quality. I indicated what I was looking for, and Dutsch translated that into a representative appearance for Broodje Per Centimeter.
Which items of clothing did you donate and why?
Harrie van de Pas: We chose the Stanley Stella Sparker shirts with transfer print. These shirts are used at Broodje Per Centimeter and at all events. We also have aprons from Schriks, which really give the finishing touch to our look.
How would you describe your experience with Dutsch Workwear?
Harrie van de Pas: What I really appreciate about Dutsch Workwear is that they are always available and can switch quickly. For example, if I ask if we can discuss something over a cup of coffee, that is always possible. In addition to workwear, it is also a very accessible company, and that makes the collaboration really pleasant.
